There are several differences between the two sliders, regarding both their accessory compatibility and their weight capacity.

Weight Capacity

The main difference between the two slider models is their respective weight capacity, both horizontal and vertical;

Batteries

Both sliders run on the Canon LP-E6 battery. The SliderONE v2 uses one battery, and the SliderONE Pro V2 needs a minimum of one battery but can also use two batteries simultaneously.

Accessories

One major difference if you want to upgrade your Edelkrone ecosystem in the future is the fact that the SliderONE Pro V2 is compatible with the HeadPLUS v2 Pro while the basic model SliderONE v2 is not compatible.
